| 成都正达化工机械有限公司成立于1993年，位于成都市青白江区大同镇，现有职工45人，其中高级工程师3名，工程师5名，技师4名，公司管理严格，质量体系健全，设备精良，并配备有1200℃自动温控高温台车炉和箱式炉，可满足各类特殊材料的热处理。高精度的数控设备满足加工各类精、尖、难石化设备产品要求。公司已在2002年获得 ISO9001:2000认证，并于2007年加入中石油一级供应网络。 我公司主要从事石油化工系统高温合金特殊设备配件制造。 公司自成立以来，长期与长城特殊钢股份公司、四川锅炉厂、成都飞机设计研究院紧密合作，曾多次为燕山、新疆、辽化、金山、大庆、齐鲁、扬子、兰州石化、茂名石化等化工企业提供各类法兰、文丘里管、管座、加强接头、锥体、三通、异径管、椭圆垫、热电偶套管、喷嘴、泵轴等配件。数年来，也为烟台玛努尔高温合金有限公司出口国外炉管提供了大批文丘里管、法兰、管件等炉管重要附件。特别是文丘里管，我公司与成都飞机设计研究院合作，经数年实践创新了一套完善的制造工艺，现已成为中石油炼化装备部认可的文丘里管定点生产企业，质量深得用户信赖，业绩卓著。同时我公司也是国内各高温合金炉管厂生产炉管配件的定点企业。 本公司常备材料有：Incoloy800H（UNS N08810）、Incoloy800HT（UNS N08811）、Inconel600（UNS N06600）、Stellite12（Co.Cr.W合金）、310S、309S、321H、304H、347H、1Cr5Mo（F5）、15CrMo（F11）等，可确保用户订货急需，并备有美国TECHALLOY公司各种镍和镍基合金焊丝、不锈钢焊丝，方便用户检修焊接时急用。 本公司一贯奉行以质量求生存、以交货期快满足用户急需、以价格合理、服务周到与用户保持长期紧密合作关系，互惠互利、共同发展！ |

| Chengdu Zhengda Chemical Machinery Co. Ltd., located in Datong Town, Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, was founded in 1993. Now it has 45 staff, including 3 senior engineers, 5 engineers and 4 technicians. The company observes the total quality management, with precise machinery and equipments. The High-Temperature (up to 1200 °C) Auto Control Car Bottom Furnace and High Temperature Box Furnace can meet the needs from customers for heat treatments of various special materials. The advanced digital-controlled equipments qualify for sorts of precise and hi-tech products used in the petrochemical equipment industry．It obtained ISO 9001：2000 certificate in 2002, and joined in the first-level supply chain of China National Petroleum Corporation system in 2007. The company is specialized in manufacturing high-temperature alloy parts for special equipments in the petrochemical industry. Since the establishment, it has closely cooperated with Chang Cheng Special Steel Co. Ltd., Sichuan Boiler Works and Chengdu Aircraft Design & Research Institute, and for times supplied spare parts such as flanges, venturi tube, outlet, couplings，tees, reducers, oval ring gasket，thermo well，nozzle, pump axles etc. for companies in the petro-chemical industry such as Yanshan, Xinjiang, Liaohua, Jinshan, Daqing, Qilu, Yangzi, Lanzhou, Maoming, etc. For many years, it has also provided parts and parcels such as venturi tube, flanges and fittings for Yantai Manoir Heat Resistant Alloys Co., Ltd. to manufacture furnaces which are then exported. It is worthy of mentioning that the manufacturing technique for venturi tubes, which was developed by Chengdu Aircraft Design & Research Institute and Zhengda, after years of practice and innovation, makes the company one of the most distinguished enterprises in the domestic chemical machinery market. Zhengda has already been approved by China Petroleum Materials & Equipment Corporation as the designated manufacturer of venturi tube. Meanwhile, it is also the designated factory which can produce the fittings of the special high temperature alloy steel tubes in China. Products available include Incoloy800H（UNS N08810），Incoloy800HT（UNS N08811），Inconel600（UNS N06600），Stellite12（Co. Cr. W Alloy），310S，309S，321H，304H，347H，1Cr5Mo（F5），15CrMo（F11）， and etc. Various kinds of nickel and nickel alloy welding rod and stainless welding rod from US TECHALLOY Co. are also available, which could ensure the emergent orders from customers.
